Lazy Fall Day

I absolutely love fall. Like I love it! There are a few things though that don't really tickle my fancy. Fall outfits are adorable but too much for an everyday style, and the makeup is so dark! I don't look good with dark makeup!! Moving on sweaters cost a ton, there are those random hot days. and some times I just do not feel like putting on some boots and a scarf. I've come up with a way to solve this. I have formulated the perfect outfit for those weird warm days where you want to be comfy and cute but not wear a full face of makeup.

So in the next pictures I'm not wearing the beanie or the jacket because I didn't think of it. I am really just wearing the basics so you guys can interpret them however you want! Also if you like the outfit and my post feel free to pin it and stuff!

This is the full look. Just an olive shirt, messy bun
and yoga pants. its so comfy and cute!
Also you could wear this with
just a plain old pair of pants!

Here is a side view you can see my messy hair (:

Here is a selfie to show you what I did makeup wise.
I just did an everyday look. light foundation,
mascara, and peachy blush. To finish
off the look I used an orangy
copper lipstick.

So thats all! im also working on another post that should be finished soon! its all about makeup! anyways that is all for this post! let me know what you think about it in the comments!(:

Strep Throat?? No thank you!

This week in my neighborhood everyone started getting strep. Having an immune deficiency makes me more likely to get sick so naturally I thought what are some ways I can prevent myself from getting sick? I searched the web and Pinterest and just about everything and really I don't have all of the skills and tools necessary to treat this but here are 5 home remedies that are easy and helpful!!

1) Wash, wash, wash! Seriously I cannot stress this enough. No matter what you do wash your hands. Before anything, after anything, just wash your hands. If you do end up getting sick make sure to throw out your toothbrush, and keep anything you put your mouth to separate from others to keep the germs from spreading.

2) Vicks works magic. Vicks is a wonderful thing and I don't know how or why it works but it does wonders! Every night before you go to bed, slather the stuff on. But some in your feet, neck, nose, and throat. If you can handle it wear it all day, loosing things up. Also bonus tip: if you have a candle warmer heat up some Vicks in there so you smell the goodness!

3) gargle salt water. Morning and night even  if you don't have a sore throat, gargle! Okay maybe not morning and night. Once a day should suffice! Put in some nice sea salt in a cup of warm water. It will soothe your tonsils and kill bad bacteria!

4) have a hot drink. Another great way to soothe the throat is too have a nice warm drink. Have some herbal tea, or even hot chocolate {ooh or some apple cider!}. If you don't have any of those or you are looking for something stronger, heat up some warm water, add honey, and lemon. Once again it will soothe and kill the nasty bacteria.

5) drink some water! I know it's obvious but it really is so good for you! Drinking lots of water will flush out your system. No more bacteria and bad germs. You will benefit from the hydration too so you can go wrong!

I hope no one gets sick during the cold months! If you have any more ideas comment below and let me know! Also if this was helpful please share! Stay healthy!!
